OPG Mobility (formerly known as Okaya EV), a trusted name in the electric mobility sector, announced the appointment of Mr. Anand Amrit Raj as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Mr. Raj will lead the company's comprehensive human resources strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, employee
development, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and organizational design. He brings over 24 years of diverse industry experience to OPG Mobility, spanning FMCG/FMCD/EMS, Infrastructure, IT/ITES, Automotive/Automobile, HR Advisory, and Telecom.A post-graduate in Human Resource Management from the prestigious Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi, Mr. Raj has a remarkable success story, overcoming significant physical challenges to build a distinguished career. His extensive corporate experience includes leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Wipro, HCL, Fiserv, Escorts, Okaya, SAR Group, PARAS Group, and Best Group, where he most recently served as Group CHRO (SVP-HR).
Anand’s expertise spans a wide range of HR functions, including executive search, zero-base organizational design, HR process automation, HR manual development, building performance-driven cultures through goal setting and implementing various performance management systems (PMS) based on OKR, BSC, PQCDSM, MBO/360 degree models, career development and progression programs (including 9 Box Succession Planning), and rapid scaling of startup organizations.
