More Funds, More Corruption: Raizada Calls Out AAP Government for its Economic Failure

Bharatiya Liberal Party (BLP) President, Dr. Munish Raizada called out the step of increasing the MLA LAD fund. “The Chief Minister who is a rubber stamp for running the government of Delhi has increased the MLA Local Area Development

fund from 10 crores to 15 crores,”  Dr. Munish Raizada said.

Dr. Raizada highlighted the fact that the MLAs have not been delivering any schemes on the ground.  “The MLAs have been looting the citizens for years and now, they have been given more funds to do corruption. I don’t know where the funds are going, the roads in the city are broken and the drains are dysfunctional in multiple areas,” Dr. Raizada said.

Dr. Raizada focused on the sad state of affairs and the economic fallout of the current AAP government. “According to the finance ministry, Delhi is projected to slip into a revenue deficit for the first time in 31 years and the government will need extra 7000 crores to complete various capital projects, which were not provisioned in the budget. This has happened because of Kejriwal’s incompetence, lack of accountability and corrupt mindset,” BLP President Dr. Raizada said.

“DJB’s budget for the last three years was not made to be audited by the CAG, MCD is a bastion of corruption and no development has been happening,” Dr. Munish Raizada concluded.

Bharatiya Liberal Party (BLP) is committed to the development of Delhi state. BLP is gearing up to contest the 2025 Delhi Assembly Election. Party's main agenda is to fight against corruption, improve civic amenities, beautification of the city and work for making social justice a reality for the Delhi state.
