One of India's first homegrown dating platforms, QuackQuack, announces the massive expansion of its community upon reaching the 20 million-users milestone.
The dating app has logged more than 87 million profile views in the last month with over 10 million downloads and boasts a rating of 4.4 on the app store. QuackQuack's latest stats reveal their growing presence in the northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura. In the last six months, the dating app clocked more than 55k registered users from these states. In addition to the Northeastern belt, tier 1 cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and other metropolises, tier 2 cities like Ahmedabad, Surat, and Lucknow have also proved to be the top contributors to the app's widening community and rising revenue.
QuackQuack's Founder and CEO, Ravi Mittal, expressed his pleasure over hitting the 20M mark. "We are delighted to witness the consistent advance of our app. There's no greater pride than seeing people trust and choose your venture, whether it is to find the perfect match or genuine companionship."
The dating app is currently running performance-based vernacular ad campaigns in 12 Indian languages. To celebrate the 20M milestone, QuackQuack launched a new brand campaign featuring Bollywood actor Aahana Kumra that focused on reaching new and existing users from tier 1 and 2 cities and strengthening its ground among users from smaller towns and suburbs.
"There are still so many untapped opportunities in this field. We are working on designing a more simplified UI to make navigation easier for our users from smaller cities. We also plan to expand our footprint with more distinctive elements like games, where two people can match and play it together, all the while connecting on a more personal level. We are also working on another new feature, random chat, where two users can randomly connect over a chat for 60 seconds, allowing them to exchange greetings and make an impression. We also plan on launching more celebrity ad campaigns and influencer marketing on various social media platforms, pulping their full potential in ushering the app to new heights” Ravi Mittal further added.
QuackQuack currently offers regularly updated features on its app like chat before you match- helping young daters make informed decisions; match from all over India- bearing in mind that India is a vast county and offering a more geographically spread out option; and zero fake profiles, intending to deliver a unique and smoother experience to its users.
