Seniorprofessionals are looking for an intense platform to build their skills and reshape their career and existing education options haven’t addressed the quality issues”- Said Mr. Rajul Garg, Director, Sunstone Business School.
From very firm convictions but a very humble beginning in 2011 with 25 students from the Delhi NCR region, Sunstone has made rapid progress in the past two years adding over 150 students in two years from all over India. Sunstone has filled a void in the space of management education for working professional with high quality, contextual education through its problem based learning approach, which is designed purely by industry.
The typical Sunstone student is a highly motivated mid-career working professional with an ambition to move into more business centric roles and add higher value to his employer as well as his clients. Sunstone students have regularly transitioned to business roles such as product management, business development, general management, consulting in technology based enterprise and consumer companies. Several alumni have also gone on to leverage their business knowledge, self-confidence and newly acquired networks to launch their own businesses.
The learning philosophy followed by Sunstone is a unique mix of online and offline interactions that help the participant learn business concepts by solving problems in a teamoften helped by a coach who typically in addition to being the course director is also a working professional.
